Alejandra P. Perez Attorney

Alejandra's practice includes managing the discovery phase of litigation and utilizing technology to increase efficiency and accuracy while reducing overall costs. She has extensive experience managing teams of attorneys and overseeing the review and production of documents.

Her experience includes advising on early case assessment to gain insight and prioritize data, crafting search terms, drafting and implementing review guidelines and training and overseeing teams of attorneys to provide quality and cost-effective document review.

Alejandra has experience with commercial litigation, patent, trademark and products liability litigation as well as government and internal investigations.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Alejandra was an Associate in the eDiscovery practice of an AMLAW 200 firm, lead the project management team at a legal staffing and managed review company, and was a Principal at a global risk consultancy focusing on large scale investigations.
