Joshua's practice focuses on mergers and acquisition transactions involving a wide range of public and private business combinations, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, minority investments, joint ventures, and complex cross-border transactions.

Joshua also represents emerging and middle-market public and private companies regarding formation and financing, public offerings, periodic securities reporting, and commercial contracts.

Before joining the firm, Joshua practiced in San Francisco where he primarily advised private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions.

Joshua received his B.A. from The George Washington University and earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude.
