Steven focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of syndicated, club and single lender senior credit facilities. He has also represented corporations in obtaining debt financings. His experience includes investment grade financings, leveraged acquisition financings (involving strategic buyers and private equity firms), multicurrency and cross-border financings, first lien and second lien financings and asset based financings and covers all industry sectors, with an emphasis on financings to middle market companies – especially those involved in the beverage and restaurant industries.
