Ben represents clients in complex commercial and class action litigation in state and federal court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution.
Ben has extensive experience counseling clients in the financial services industry, particularly in matters involving class actions, Ponzi schemes, consumer protection, internal investigations, mortgage lending and servicing, and bond indentures. Ben also has extensive experience in strategizing and managing complex electronic discovery for large financial institutions, including has served as an electronic discovery “subject matter expert” for one of the largest financial institutions in the country.
Ben has also represented clients across a broad spectrum of other industries in a variety of complex commercial litigation disputes and has handled breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, products liability, employment, and business tort disputes. Ben has appeared and argued in state and federal courts across the country, has represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings, and has taken and defended numerous individual, corporate representative, and expert depositions.
