In September 2015, after completing a two-year federal clerkship with the Honorable Irene M. Keeley in West Virginia, Brooks joined the firm’s complex commercial litigation practice. Prior to his clerkship, Brooks attended the University of Richmond School of Law, where he held positions on the Law Review and the Moot Court Board. He spent the final semester of law school as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert E. Payne in Richmond.
