David focuses his practice on representing Chapter 11 debtors' and creditors' committees, and has a wide range of experience in representing large and small businesses in out-of-court workouts; sellers, buyers, and other parties-in-interest in asset sales under the Bankruptcy Code; landlords, tenants and parties to executory contracts concerning assumption and rejection issues; and defendants in Chapter 5 and other bankruptcy litigation.
In addition to the representative engagements listed below, David is nationwide bankruptcy counsel for Sprint Corporation. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and has written and lectured on a variety of topics under the Bankruptcy Code and the Uniform Commercial Code.
