Michele Satterlund is an attorney with McGuireWoods and a registered lobbyist with McGuireWoods Consulting in Richmond, Virginia.

Driven and goal-oriented, Michele has practiced as a lawyer and lobbyist since 2005, building a legislative and legal client portfolio that includes national and international companies in the technology, pharmaceutical, transportation, health care, and manufacturing industries.

Named by Super Lawyers as one of “Virginia’s Rising Stars” in the category of government relations, and a "2016 Legal Elite" in the category of Legislative/Regulatory/Administrative by Virginia Business, Michele has helped her clients secure funding, opened the way for new manufacturing opportunities in the Commonwealth, and helped establish the nation's first state association that advocates for all unmanned systems.

Prior to joining the firm, Michele worked for Macaulay & Jamerson, a boutique law and lobbying firm specializing in healthcare.  In addition to her legislative and legal background Michele developed public relations and marketing experience as a former marketing director at UPS and the Portland and Seattle Celebrity Forum.
