Nick’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, CC&Rs, easements, finance documents, and other real estate documents.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Nick worked for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During this time, he helped provide a wide array of legal services, including regulatory compliance, criminal prosecution, employment litigation, and aerospace acquisitions.

Nick graduated USC Law with a Business Law Certificate, evidencing his foundational knowledge of the subject. During school, he served as Managing Editor of the USC Business Law Advisor. Further, he was the President of USC Space Law Society, through which he helped lead USC’s team to be honored as a North American Quarter Finalist in the Manfred Lachs International Moot Court Competition. Nick was also selected as a Saks Scholar, which allowed him to conduct research with the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy, and Ethics.
