Advise manufacturing and distributor clients on compliance with Proposition 65 for products sold in California and defend against private party suits alleging violations of Proposition 65.
Defend a manufacturing client against a Notice of Violation brought by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency alleging violations of the Clean Air Act and related state statutes.
Defend distributor client in an administrative action brought by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) alleging products were improperly labeled and not registered with the DPR.
