Frank’s practice focuses on defending clients in toxic torts, products liability, and class action litigation.          

Before joining McGuireWoods, Frank clerked for the Honorable Henry E. Hudson, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Honorable David J. Novak, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.   

During law school, Frank served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Richmond Law Review.  He also received the T.C. Williams Law School Scholarship Award, presented to the graduating student who made the most significant contribution to legal scholarship. 

Before attending law school, Frank served on the staffs of former United States Senator John W. Warner and former United States Congressman Eric Cantor.
