Lorna’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, information technology and technology transactions, outsourcing and general corporate transactions. She also handles intellectual property issues, including licensing, and due diligence activities, and has represented clients in structuring and negotiating technology and software contracts. Lorna also works with clients on government contracting and compliance issues.

Lorna began her career as an environmental engineer before moving into the technology sector where she provided analytical and strategic support to one of the largest Internet service providers of the 1990s. As part of a pioneer in the software as a service market, she was responsible for identifying acquisition targets, managing diligence activities, and integrating acquired companies, and as a former consultant she brings extensive experience in technology transformation projects.
