Mirlande focuses her practice on representing banks, private equity funds and other investors in a variety of complex debt financing transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral, revolving and term credit facilities. Her lending experience consists of representation of clients in connection with leveraged financings, including leveraged buyouts, as well as investment grade financings. She counsels clients who lend to, or invest in, companies in a broad range of industries, with a focus in the healthcare, manufacturing, technology and retail sectors.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods LLP, Mirlande practiced in the corporate department of a New York-based international law firm, where she represented leading investment banks and other institutional investors in corporate financing transactions involving high yield debt and equity offerings, as well as mezzanine financings.
