Andy is an experienced litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of litigation matters.  His practice also focuses on conducting internal and external investigations and compliance audits.

Andy has a diverse litigation practice, representing clients in the financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, supply chain, real estate, and telecommunications industries.  He represents clients in complex commercial, business, and contractual disputes, with widespread experience in varied business torts, commercial litigation, and contractual disputes, as well as fraud, shareholder derivative, First Amendment, RICO, FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA related litigation.  He is experienced in the courtroom and in all phases of litigation at the state and federal level.

A significant portion of Andy’s practice also focuses on conducting internal and external investigations and compliance audits, primarily relating to third party service providers and state and federal regulatory oversight.  He has particular experience advising clients relating to matters involving the OCC, CFPB, and state attorneys general.

Andy maintains an active pro bono practice, representing refugees through the National Immigrant Justice Center.  He has been recognized as a Human Rights “Rising Star” as a result of his successful advocacy on behalf of numerous refugees in the United States Immigration Courts.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods in Chicago, Andy worked with the Orr Hockey Group and Accenture in Boston, Massachusetts.
