Brittney E. Wozniak Associate

Brittney's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing for retail, office and industrial properties.

Brittney is experienced in conducting due diligence reviews and in drafting and negotiating real property purchase and sale agreements, leases, subleases and other real estate-related contracts. Brittney’s experience also includes counseling clients in zoning and land use matters, sale/leaseback transactions and assisting energy clients in the sale of leasehold, pipeline, and other real estate interests. Additionally, Brittney has assisted in litigation matters involving real estate disputes.

Brittney is also a part of the firm’s autonomous vehicle team and is experienced in autonomous vehicle permitting and commercial agreements.

Brittney’s civic involvement includes work with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra where she serves as the co-vice chairperson of the New Leadership Council and the co-chairperson of the Young Professionals Club.
