Bryan represents clients in criminal and civil white collar litigation and government investigations. Bryan’s experience has included matters under the False Claims Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, and various SEC enforcement matters.
Bryan has also maintained an active pro bono practice, representing clients in a criminal defense matter and in an application for political asylum based on religious persecution.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Bryan began his legal career at the Washington, D.C., office of another international law firm, where he focused on federal securities enforcement and other government investigations. He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Law Review.
