Lucy’s practice focuses on trademark litigation, enforcement, and counseling. In addition, she offers significant experience with franchise disputes, anti-counterfeiting, false advertising, patent infringement litigation, trade secrets and copyright. Her clients include clothing brands, luxury goods manufacturers, consumer products manufacturers, and franchisors across multiple industries.

Lucy manages trademark enforcement programs for clients and practices before the TTAB. She also regularly brings ACPA actions on behalf of brand owners. She counsels clients on issues related to worldwide branding strategies, trademark clearance, distribution and licensing agreements, and advertising review. Lucy has drafted all types of pleadings and dispositive and discovery motions, argued before the court at the trial and appellate levels, and taken and defended depositions.

In the pro bono arena, Lucy has successfully pursued asylum for an Afghan family and achieved a favorable settlement on behalf of an individual against a credit union.
