Jared graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as Content Editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice—an honors publication that contains articles, student notes, and book reviews.

He is a member of the labor and employment practice group and has extensive experience with wage and hour litigation. He has also served as defense counsel in numerous discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and medical leave disputes.

Furthermore, Jared helps clients avoid costly lawsuits with prophylactic advice on payroll practices, termination procedures, worker classification and other critical personnel matters. He routinely monitors new legislation and has prepared several employee handbooks ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
