SBA Announces SBIC Model Limited Partnership Agreement Version 3.0
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced posting of the Model Debenture SBIC Limited Partnership Agreement 3.0.
Version 3.0 must be used for all SBIC applications submitted on or after October 1, 2016; however, SBIC applications submitted prior to October 1, 2016, may use either Model Limited Partnership Agreement.
The model can be downloaded from the SBA website.
