McGuireWoods and ACC National Capital Region conducted an interactive program. Since showing is better than telling, this program engaged attendees in interactive analyses of “real world” market scenarios designed to illustrate the application of antitrust law principles to practical business problems. The scenarios were based on actual cases, government investigations and counseling questions that have been presented by businesses.

Howard is the chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Department and also is the current chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law. He concentrates on antitrust litigation, criminal antitrust investigations, antitrust merger investigations, and commercial litigation. His practice also includes handling investigations conducted by federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies, advertising issues, and franchising and distribution matters.
