Partner Rob Tyler was part of a panel discussion on social media at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business Fast Track Executive MBA Program on Feb. 12. He addressed legal issues involving brand development and protection in commercial social media activities. The panel also included representatives from Tumblr, Reynolds Foil, and Fahrenheit Technology.
