McGuireWoods attorneys Ken Bell, Don Renaldo and Darren Stanhouse, along with Matt Fussa, Legal Director for Cisco Systems, made a presentation to the Raleigh Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel on Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Their panel discussion, “FCPA Compliance in an Era of Increased Enforcement,” provided an overview of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and discussed recent FCPA enforcement trends. They also addressed the cornerstones of an effective anticorruption compliance program.
