Brussels partner Matthew Hall served as program chair, and London partner David Kirk as panelist, at this event which preceded the International Cartel Workshop in Rome.
The presentation discussed the opportunities available through membership in the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. It also included a panel discussion of the recent focus of the UK and EU regulators on the financial services industry, as demonstrated by Libor and Forex and other hot topics relating to competition enforcement in the UK financial services industry.
