McGuireWoods counsel Cristin Traylor recently was a guest on Uncivil Procedure: The E-Discovery Podcast.

Hosted by a panel at Relativity, the Nov. 20, 2019, podcast episode explored different issues related to white collar crime, e-discovery and data preservation.

For episode 10, Traylor and the panel discussed the merits of email threading for government investigations, and white collar criminals’ use of email, texting, social media and other digital communications tools such as home virtual assistants. The panel also delved into the importance of accurately translating foreign language documents when investigating white collar crimes, due to cultural nuances in conversation.
