The webinar explores legal and regulatory developments that have impacted the healthcare and dialysis industries over the past year. This includes a review of significant legislation, current issues in compliance, recent government enforcement actions, proposed changes to the privacy laws, and legal issues related to the COVID-19 public health emergency and its aftermath. Speakers review regulations, court cases, and government enforcement actions, with a focus on those developments most relevant to Renal Healthcare Association members. They also address regulatory flexibilities available under the value-based safe harbors to the Anti-Kickback Statute for care coordination and risk-sharing models.
