Partner Ron Aucutt gave the Joseph Trachtman Lecture at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel’s Annual Meeting in Phoenix on March 12. This is the highest honor that can be given to an estate planner. The title of Ron’s lecture was “Creed or Code: The Calling of the Counselor in Advising Families.” The lecture will be published in an upcoming issue of the ACTEC Law Journal, and a recording will be available on CD through ACTEC.
