Charlottesville partner Craig Wood spoke on “The New Title IX Regulations” at the Legal Meeting of the National Federation of High School Associations in Indianapolis on April 15. The focus was on the sexual misconduct regulations developed during the Trump administration, and currently being reviewed by the Biden administration. He spoke to an audience of Executive Directors and legal counsel of the 51 state high school athletic and activity associations.
