Advising a large Swedish public company specializing in packaging, pulp and paper products and logistics, in connection with its recruitment of two key senior employees and directors from its target competitor to set up and run its UK business. The two senior employees and directors were subject to implied contractual duties, fiduciary duties and post termination restrictive covenants. We also later advised in connection with the recruitment of further employees from our client's competitor, and drafted employment documents, including service agreements, for the new UK business.
