Partner Doug Foley (Restructuring and Insolvency, Norfolk) was recently featured in Bankruptcy Law 360‘s “Litigation, Restructuring and People News.” In a Q&A section, he discussed important Chapter 11 cases as well as the rise in retail and commercial real estate bankruptcy. Commenting on his experience at McGuireWoods, Foley said
