Partner Noel Symons, member of McGuireWoods’ Energy and Climate Change team, was quoted in the May 17 issue of Inside FERC, a weekly publication covering the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Symons noted potential benefits of a consumer advocacy office, such as getting FERC more engaged in reviewing rate cases and helping state agencies in arguing before the commission.
