In a recently published op-ed, McGuireWoods Consulting’s Preston Bryant urges Congress to recognize the 40th anniversary of the Clean Water Act by modernizing it. Updating the nation’s premier clean-water law, he suggests, would benefit everyone: industry, agriculture, developers, environmentalists, and local and state regulators.
