Tysons partner Ron Aucutt was quoted in an article published March 15 in the Bloomberg BNA Daily Tax Report titled “Attorney: Proposal to Coordinate Income, Transfer Tax Rules for Grantor Trusts Lingers.” During a D.C. Bar Association CLE program on March 14, he talked about a proposal to coordinate the income and transfer tax rules applicable to grantor trusts that will likely resurface when the president’s proposed fiscal year 2014 budget is unveiled.
