Reuters Legal featured partner Howard Feller in a “Q&A: ABA’s Howard Feller on international antitrust enforcement,” published on September 12, 2014. As the recently elected chairman of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section, Howard explained in the interview that companies doing business internationally should expect to deal with multiple agencies and multiple sets of laws addressing antitrust and competition issues. He discussed China, in particular, as a recent participant in antitrust enforcement, and the controversial possibility of noncompetition factors playing a role in agencies’ evaluation of corporate transactions.
