In the article, he notes that Brexit will affect any business or financial institution with a presence in the UK. He advises companies to begin preparing for inevitable legal changes, particularly with regard to UK’s employment laws, and cautions companies to verify whether existing contracts contain territorial restrictions outside the EU.
