Davis came to the firm from The PNC Financial Services Group, where she was managing chief counsel and corporate secretary.
“The excitement and sophisticated work and the pace of private practice, I missed it after being in house for eight-and-a-half years,” Davis told The Legal Intelligencer. As for why she chose McGuireWoods, Davis said, “There’s a buzz on the street in Pittsburgh about McGuireWoods.”
