Washington partner Emily Gordy commented in an Investment News article discussing the consolidation of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s enforcement departments under one department.
Gordy, a former FINRA senior vice president for enforcement, noted that having “centralized oversight and dialogue will ensure there is more consistent transparency and judgment.”
