McGuireWoods partner David McLean was named to D CEO magazine’s Dallas 500 list honoring North Texas’ top dealmakers and influential leaders.
McLean, who helped launch McGuireWoods’ Dallas office in 2014, advises private investment funds and sponsors in equity and debt investing activities. D CEO recognized him for successfully leading more than 40 deals in 2019, ranging in complexity from senior and subordinated debt financings to full buyouts. McLean also was instrumental in creating McGuireWoods’ innovative deal sourcing infrastructure that leverages firm lawyers’ knowledge of industry-specific laws, regulations and trends to provide current and potential clients with new deal opportunities.
