Stephen D. Busch, a McGuireWoods partner in the Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation department, was elected Chair of the Board of Governors of the Virginia Bar Association at the annual meeting held in Williamsburg in January. Busch was first elected to serve on the VBA Board of Governors in January 2006. He previously served the VBA as Chair of the Civil Litigation Section in 2003 and as Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Division in 1990.
