The Virginia Bar Association (VBA) elected McGuireWoods Partner, Stephen D. Busch as President-Elect at the Association’s 119th Annual Meeting in Williamsburg, Va., on January 24, 2009.
Busch focuses his practice on toxic tort and environmental litigation, product and consumer litigation and complex commercial litigation. He previously chaired the VBA’s Board of Governors, Civil Litigation Section and the Young Lawyers Division. Busch is a member of the Board of Governors of St. Christopher’s School. He has been named in Best Lawyers in America and as a “Virginia Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics magazine. Busch received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.
