Partner Christian Brose and counsel Jim Guterman have been appointed to the Primary Markets Committee of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA), the leading organization of lawyers, bankers and other market professionals focused on the primary and secondary syndicated loan markets in the United States. The Primary Markets Committee addresses policies, market practices, and standard documentation affecting loan originations, with a view to enhancing market efficiency and the attractiveness of senior syndicated loans as an asset class for investors and other market participants.
