DuPont’s landmark $919.9 million verdict in a trade secret case against Kolon Industries has been listed by the National Law Journal as the fourth largest verdict of 2011. The case, which was led by partners Brian Riopelle and Rod Satterwhite, was one of the largest ever reached in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. DuPont was also represented at trial by Crowell & Moring LLP.
