Howard Feller Nominated to Chair American Bar Association Antitrust Section in 2014

McGuireWoods LLP announced today that Howard Feller,, a partner in the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice group in Richmond, has been nominated to be vice chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, effective August 2012. He will then serve as the chair-elect in August 2013 and will later be the chair of the ABA Antitrust Section, effective August 2014.

Feller, who currently serves as the finance officer of the ABA Antitrust Section, concentrates on antitrust litigation, antitrust merger investigations, commercial litigation, and franchising and distribution matters. His practice also includes representation before federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies and advertising issues. He has worked extensively on antitrust issues in many diverse industries, and has substantial experience in conducting antitrust audits and antitrust compliance training.

Feller previously served as the secretary and communications officer, chair of the Program Committee, co-chair of the Sherman Act Section 1 Committee, and chair of the Health Care Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section. He is also a past editor of both the Section 1 Newsletter and the Antitrust Health Care Chronicle published by the ABA Antitrust Section, and is past chair of the Antitrust Section of the Virginia State Bar.
