McGuireWoods Advises TEOCO on Acquisition of AIRCOM

December 3, 2013

McGuireWoods London LLP today announced that it represented TEOCO, a leading provider of Assurance, Analytics and Optimization solutions to Communications Service Providers (CSPs) worldwide, in its acquisition of AIRCOM International, a network design and optimisation software and solutions provider. The combined company will serve a global base of more than 300 communication service provider customers across more than 100 countries from its office locations in over 15 countries.

The acquisition represents a strategic opportunity for TEOCO to sell, deliver, and support customers in each region of the world. Additionally, AIRCOM’s Radio Access Network expertise provides insight into a data source for TEOCO’s analytics solutions to understand and predict any subscriber’s behaviour, location and service experience. Led by London partners Robert Rakison and Mark Langford, the principal members of the McGuireWoods team included senior associate Gabriella Olson-Welsh and associate Josefin Lönnborg. The firm serves as part of TEOCO’s core advisory team throughout the world.
