McGuireWoods Elevates 15 Lawyers to Partnership

McGuireWoods promoted 15 lawyers to the firm’s partnership, effective Jan. 1, 2015. The new partners span seven U.S. offices and 10 litigation and corporate practice areas, reflecting the depth and breadth of the firm’s capabilities.

Four of the new partners are based in the financial hub of Charlotte, North Carolina; three each work in Chicago and Richmond; and two are in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The remaining three will work in Washington, Jacksonville, Florida, and Atlanta.

New partners Steven Hamilton in Chicago and Josh Whitlock in Charlotte are members of the firm’s Business and Securities Litigation Department; Steven Ritchie in Charlotte and Clayton Stallbaumer in Chicago are in Debt Finance, Joshua Davey in Charlotte and Andrew Woltman in Chicago are in Financial Services Litigation, Josiah Bancroft in Atlanta and Kenneth Wire in Tysons Corner are in Real Estate and Land Use, and Benjamin Candland in Richmond and William Sanderson in Washington are in Tax and Employee Benefits.

Brad Austin in Charlotte is a member of the firm’s Specialty Corporate Practices Department, Katherine DeLuca in Richmond is in Securities, Sara Holladay-Tobias in Jacksonville is in Complex Commercial Litigation, Bethany Lukitsch in Richmond is in Antitrust and Trade Regulation, and Melissa Taylormoore in Tysons Corner is in Labor and Employment.
