On Dec. 8, 2015, our longstanding client American Honda Motor Company announced its decision to invest $25 million and create 21 new jobs by reopening the company’s vehicle test track in Kern County, California. The McGuireWoods Consulting team assisted Honda with evaluating site opportunities and securing local incentive grants. This project was part of the continuing relationship between McGuireWoods Consulting and Honda, which started with the Honda Aircraft project in Greensboro, N.C. Announced in 2007, it now employs more than 1,000 people.
