Forty McGuireWoods lawyers from four of the firm’s Virginia offices were selected by their professional peers for Virginia Business magazine’s 2017 Legal Elite list published in the December issue.
McGuireWoods lawyers were honored in 14 Legal Elite categories, with four lawyers recognized in each of the following practice areas: Appellate Law, Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law and Environmental Law.
Virginia Business publishes the Legal Elite list annually in collaboration with the Virginia Bar Association. Nearly 1,400 lawyers participated this year, submitting more than 4,000 nominations. The magazine selected more than 1,000 lawyers for the Legal Elite list.
