McGuireWoods’ Nicole Giffin to Clerk for Western District of North Carolina Judge Robert Conrad

Nicole Giffin, a McGuireWoods associate in Charlotte, will become a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina on Oct. 25, 2021. Her last day at the firm was Oct. 20.

As a law clerk for Judge Robert Conrad, Giffin will do legal research and help draft memos and opinions.

Giffin joined McGuireWoods’ Government Investigations & White Collar Litigation Department in 2018. At the firm, she represented companies and individuals in government investigations, enforcement actions and internal investigations. She also advised clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to consumer finance, bankruptcy, and licensing requirements and risk.
