Partner Amber McGraw Walsh was honored as JD Supra’s No. 1 author on M&A. Walsh is the former chair of the firm’s Healthcare Department and a leading voice for advancement of women in the private equity sector. Partner Holly Buckley, the current Healthcare Department chair, also was recognized as a top M&A author. Buckley focuses on corporate healthcare transactions and regulatory matters.
