Jeremiah brings nearly two decades of experience representing multinational companies in commercial litigation, including energy and construction industry disputes. He defends businesses in complex commercial and environmental tort matters, as well as product liability and contamination litigation. He represents clients in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States and in domestic and international arbitrations.

Jeremiah’s notable work includes managing the litigation team for a global energy company in national multidistrict litigation related to alleged groundwater pollution. He led the defense of multiple individuals and companies against allegations of trade secrets theft in cases spanning four states. He also represented the owner of a North Dakota gas processing facility in an eight-figure construction dispute.
