Will is an associate in the labor and employment department. He counsels and represents employers in various areas of employment law, including state and federal litigation of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and administrative claims brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies. Will also counsels clients during contract negotiations on employment-related matters arising in the context of the sales and purchases of businesses. He also represents clients in actions to enforce restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining the firm, Will obtained his law degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he completed several courses within the Center on Negotiation and Mediation. Will also served as a senior editor for the Journal of International Law & Business.
