Eryn L. Berquist Associate

Eryn helps clients successfully navigate a range of corporate and transactional matters, including securities compliance as well as complex public offerings, financings and mergers and acquisitions.

She regularly assists clients with acquisitions and a variety of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating supply-chain contracts and licensing agreements. Her clients include corporate issuers as well as broker-dealers, investment advisers and fintech companies.

Given the breadth and depth of her experience, she is a frequent speaker and author on securities law developments, compliance matters, disclosure obligations and other reporting requirements.

While studying for her MBA at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, Eryn constructed a comprehensive growth plan for a local business encompassing the areas of business marketing, operations and strategy.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Eryn worked as a lawyer at a legal strategies firm where she focused on creating growth strategies for small businesses in the Richmond, Virginia area.

(Nasdaq: KRT), a rapidly-growing specialty distributor and select manufacturer of environmentally-friendly disposable foodservice products and related items.
